Branch Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead and grow our Kansas City operations. This is a unique opportunity to build a high-performing team and significantly impact our market presence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, team leadership, and client relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase branch revenue, exceeding current performance. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base within the real estate professional community.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and manage a small team (currently two photographers), fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture. Utilize Corporate training programs to develop team talent.
- Client Relationship Management: Ensure exceptional client experiences by establishing strong relationships with real estate professionals, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Oversee client communication and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Operational Management: Collaborate with the Centralized Customer Service team to ensure client satisfaction with Scheduling, Booking, and Inquiries are completed in a timely manner.
- Online Brand Building: Assist Marketing Department with creation of content for Online and Social Channels.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Networking & Community Engagement: Actively participate in local real estate events, industry associations, and community activities to build brand awareness and expand professional networks.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry and the needs of real estate professionals (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
